@captain13: I'm a minority too, so I kinda get what your saying, but I think this series is about the present day JL getting sent to the future. The just happen to be all white. I would like some diversity as well, but the writer did say he would be adding to the team, so hopefully we'll get some then.

I'm looking forward to this. Giffen talked about a twist early on in the story that'll explain why the JL is in the future that has me interested.

I hope it's not just cloth. If these movies are supposed to be more grounded, then armor would be ideal. Preferably non-bulky. Oh, and I'm kinda hoping they have a gray bodysuit. I wouldn't have a problem with black though.

X-Men books were my intro to comic books altogether three years ago, so I'll always love them, but the X-Men are just too big of a mess right now. Nothing anything any of the characters say or do make any sense anymore. Wolverine, Beast, and now Kitty have all become huge hypocrites by blaming Scott for his one dumb (arguably accidental/circumstantial) mistake. Obviously, that's all on the writers, but it gets annoying when the stupidity is displayed across the board. I like the idea of the original 5 being sent to the future, but they're being written as hypocrites as well. Hopefully the X-Men can get cleaned up in the near future and writers will directly address all the hypocrisy within the stories themselves.

@cheesesticks: You don't like Zero Year? And it's 3 chapters. The entire ZY arc is 11 issues. The regular Batman stories will continue in Detective Comics and Batman:Eternal while this is going on though.

@dagmar_merrill: I've been wondering the same thing. Earlier in the year, they said it would come out at the end of 2013. But now, it's never mentioned by anyone, including Grant Morrison. I'm very much looking forward to it.

I haven't played it, but it does kinda bug me that they put Samuel L Jackson's movie version of Nick Fury in the game instead of the original one. Marvel's movies have been good, but I hate how much influence it's had on everything else it does. If anything they should have just made a Nick Fury Jr. character that kinda looks like Jackson and kept the original. Also, they need more X-Men characters. At the very least, they need to add Cable.

All the X-Men books have been getting harder and harder to read for the last year or two for me. Nothing anybody says or does in those books makes any sense (in the sense that they're all hypocrites), and they're all starting to get kind of whiny. Kitty leaving didn't really make sense to me. It kinda just felt like they needed some type of statues quo change and just forced the issue. Immonen's art is too good though. Anyway, I hope the X-Men can get cleaned up so I can start enjoying them again.

I'm very much looking forward to Zero Year this week.

Hans Zimmer's Man of Steel theme has to be playing in the background of this fight.

It would definitely be both a blessing and a curse. Having the power to help everyone around the world in any situation would be wonderful, but at the same it would be a huge burden in that same sense. I would have the ability to help anyone in the world, but it would be impossible to be at all places at once, despite me having superspeed and hearing. Even if I tried my best to help as many people as I could, just knowing that other people were hurt in ways I could have possibly prevented would make me feel guilty. Along with that, my desire to put all my efforts into helping others would completely destroy any normal life I would want to have. However, if I could convince myself that its not my fault I can't help everyone and just do the best I can, the powers will be a total blessing. Beyond just having a long list of super powers, just knowing that I do something to make the world a better place would be a blessing.
