@kbroskywalker: Raven's suspicion and hatred of her, Robin's active relationship with Slade directly tied to Terra as well (not to mention he was also the one to really focus on training and helping her), Starfire had moments obsessing over her new friend, and yeah, Cyborg didn't really have much.

BB OBVIOUSLY has the most time and prominence with her as the rest of the Titans, but that's watered down because all the Titans had a relationship with her. It certainly doesn't support him being the most featured character.

If you subscribe to the idea that TKJ is a stand-alone non-canon graphic novel, then the actual "Killing Joke" could also be Batman killing Joker at the end.
