The Character who caused more Deaths than any other in DC comics, He destroyed thousands of universes (most of the multiverse really), and why? "Because FUCK YOU, that's why!"

He's almost equal in power to Pre-Crisis Superman, and totally off his rocker. Killing several including Pantha, Bushido, Wildebeest, Superboy, well over 30 Green Lanterns, Earth-2 Superman, many Yellow Lanterns, the entire Earth-15 Justice League before destroying their Earth, The Earth-51 universe, and that's just what I remember him doing.

Deicide, the act of killing a god. This character not only is a serial killer of deities, but has a kill count in the millions. He's a pretty bad dude.

The Killer Clown that could. Between his death toll in the thousands the physical and cerebral damage he causes; and the fact that if he could he'd be committing atrocities all over the multiverse just for kicks, and it makes The Joker one of the biggest bastards in comics.

In his original and true form, Kid Buu is a force of incredible destruction and pure malevolence. He was a destroyer of many worlds including the Earth itself.

Obsessed with power, Sosuke Aizen wanted to become more powerful than god. Tired of his already prodigious combat abilities, he used his intellect, cunning, and sword with the ability to cast illusions and control senses to use the people around him in order to amass power. He conducted research how to become the most powerful thing in his universe at the expense of many others, eventually becoming a being of godlike power.

A Tyrannical, despotic, dictator, a conqueror of worlds and someone willing to use a doomsday device or two to get what he wants. Darkseid rules with an iron fist that he uses to crush all those who oppose him.

Allowed himself to be manipulated into putting the whole world (people and animals alike) to sleep and getting them eaten by a tree that sucks out their very life energy. While he was only trying to end free will in order to stop wars and strife his methods were awful, and the results of his actions are even worse.
