Favorite Comic Characters (In No Particular Order)

Just a list of my favorite comic characters. More will be added on an irregular basis.

  • Winged bad ass. Is it weird that I just love watching him kill bad guys?

  • He is the law. That's about it.

  • Another Top 5 name in comics. Also, sweet powers and costume.

  • I love the modern costume and the fact that he whips a chain around.

  • Cool concept, even cooler character design.

  • Totally metal body but still has his black hair. The Legacy Virus sacrifice validated his heroism, though I'm still glad he's since been resurrected.

  • I once heard him described as Superman, but better. Couldn't agree more.

  • Best Doom Patrol character.

  • Second best Doom Patrol character.

  • Hands down, the best of the Metal Men.

  • Top 5 costume design ever.

  • Always fun to read.

  • Great costume revitalization. Great character all around.

  • Recently got the chance to sample his on-going. Simply put, I was blown away.

  • Yet another fantastic pulp character. Brings a certain gravity to the sometimes-light pulp tales. THE SHADOW KNOWS!

  • Blends an interesting political standpoint with a fantastic costume and some cool parkour moves.

  • I don't know. He's got a cool mask and helmet combo. Sweet name. Cobra logo is pretty sweet in general.

  • What's better than He-Man? A bearded He-Man with a metal Right Hand of Doom!

  • My second favorite cartoon ever.

  • His "costume" is one of the coolest ever. Welding goggles? YES!

  • Second comic I ever read was Rai and the Future Force.

  • Well, considering I like Union Jack... But seriously, I have a couple issues of his series and I love them.

  • I just love this guy. This goes for all following Kirby fourth World characters. Great name and slick threads.

  • Who knew a rip-off Batman could turn into one of the most interesting and complex characters in comics?

  • When I was first handed a Spawn book I spent about five minutes just staring at him on the cover.

  • Batman: Hush is my favorite story of all time.

  • No matter the costume he wears, Dick is a fantastic character. Robin Year One changed the way I viewed Dick as a character as well as my perception of the role of Robin.

  • Pirates + Superheroes + not actually being racist = Best Indy/Golden Age character of all time.

  • Frank! Ennis's Punisher MAX is one of the best series I've ever read.

  • He made Robin even cooler than my five year old mind could imagine.

  • My first superhero. Bruce has made a sizable impact on my life.

  • Though some despise my disturbed brother from Marvel, if written properly, he is hilarious. If not, he sucks. I'm looking at you, Daniel Way.

  • Ted is the true Blue Beetle! Seriously, I could go on for days about how much I love him as a hero.

  • Fantastic name and weapon. I love the original full-face mask. Just a classic character.

  • If Spawn is the most kick-ass Image character, Redeemer is any easy second.

  • Cool costume and name.

  • Great name, costume, and story. Easily the best galactic hero.

  • Best Spider-Man villain. Sweet name, too.

  • He's so arrogant and I love it. Interesting, but nonetheless great, costume

  • Since the first time I picked up an X-Men comic, Gambit has had a special place in my heart.

  • I was sad when I learned ths new Scarlet SPider wasn't going to be Ben. I gave him a chance and I loved every second of his series.
