I'm gonna go ahead and say the bricks win handily. Xemnu in his most recent/relevant appearance TPed all of Marvel Earth, and that included placing himself on the X-Men... Which obviously entails TPing them, and by extension, Jean.
Same with Sue and the F4; Wanda and the Avengers etc. He went as far as rewriting individual memories so he has already influenced basically everyone here. He can also use his psychic powers and fight at the same time, which is important when he's packing Collosonaut+ tier physicals. The idea that Jean will walk through him and Cain isn't realistic at all to me, Xemnu could arguably beat Jean in a 1 on 1 if we take him at his best.
As for Hulk, I see allot of calling him overrated, but frankly in the past few years he has taken on teams filled with characters who are just as impressive as the majority of this lineup, some rosters were better than this one. On two of those occasions he straight up ran through 6+ characters which included guys like base Thor and Hercules, the least impressive example was probably this one:
At the end of Immortal Hulk he tanked everything from a dozen heroes:
That included Thor with partial Odin Force. That also included guys like Nova, Carol, Iron Man, War Machine, Vision, and this was their efforts being focused solely on Hulk whilst simultaneously being near bloodlusted. That is significantly more fire power than this lineup is bringing and they could not put Hulk down.
Some of the ladies line up have also straight up failed to even slow Hulk down when already part of a team (Rogue) or were heavily implied that they would lose whilst also being backed by like 5 other dudes (Wanda). Even successfully copying his powers does not prevent him from stomping you two seconds later which is what happened to Absorbing Man:
Sue might be the most relevant in terms of slowing him down, but her shields are not withstanding punches that can crack Thor's skull. They will not stand up for long against shots strong enough to bend Toomie, or punt planetary cores into orbit, or hits strong enough to actually bust planets. Hulk has also outperformed entire lineups of heroes including Storm when it comes to damage output:
Outside of the F4, this entire lineup above could not put a dent in Griever's ship whereas Hulk blasted through it on his own:
Sue's shields are not strong enough to reliably protect her team from that kind of damage, let alone when they are also taking hits from Xemnu and Juggernaut. We've also seen Jen chew through her force fields pretty recently and Hulk dealt with that version of Jen easily... Even being confirmed as having "soundly defeated" her.
As mentioned, making her team invisible is helpful but he can smell radiation, and Xemnu is telepathic. There's also his thunderclaps which seem to taken as a joke, when they otherwise do stuff like briefly disperse an aspect of TOBA whilst it was covering a skyline, or thunderclaps from weaker Hulks like Jen that can ragdoll entire teams of heroes...
A thunderclap is not just a valid attack, it could injure and stagger this entire team if they are within a certain proximity. As mentioned though the most impressive aspect about Hulk is not really even his physicals - it's his survivability. He is highly resistant to pretty much every thing and has a broken healing factor, so putting him down is extremely difficult. Normally you could argue that you could wear a character like that down over time, but in Hulk's case his power is flat out multiplying, so wearing him down is not only unachievable, but he's actually just getting better at everything whilst also tiring you out.
Outside of clear bias like Hulk one taps the JLA I don't really see how Hulk is overrated. He has a plethora of planetary feats in the last couple years. He has fought and done great against multiple superhero teams. His in universe standing results in whole rosters of heroes showing up when he is involved in something:
I don't really see this lineup putting him down with a collective effort although I can admit it would be debatable. With team mates? Not really seeing a situation where the bricks lose, honestly.
Which comic are the Avengers fighting Hulk, the Fantastic Four extended family, and the bottom 2 superheroes assembling scans from?
