Uxas steals the Omega Effect from his brother Drax within the Infinity Pit which supposedly overloads him. Uxas comes back from the dead and takes on the name Darkseid.

Omega Beams can hit multiple targets at once and erase them from existence before they can react.

Flat out overpowers Orion and puts him in a headlock.

Incinerates Kanto 13, a New God. Like all New Gods, they have high resistance to matter manipulation.

Erases Virman Vundabar from existence with his Omega Beams. It is also revealed the Omega Beams can cause memories loss in those who have been hit by it.

Darkseid is responsible for killing and absorbing the powers of other gods from other worlds.
8.4 Teleportation, Dimensional Travel (Multiversal), Time Travel, Energy Projection
Omega Beams teleports Martian Manhunter from Apokolips outside the DC Multiverse back in time to an ancient Mars inside the DC Multiverse.
4.2 Energy Projection, Teleportation, Time Travel, Dimensional Travel
Teleports Iluthin from Apokolips to 16th Century Italy demonstrating the Omega Beams can travel through time and dimensions.
4.3 Strength
Stalemates Highfather Izaya in a strength lock.
11) Countdown to Final Crisis
11.1 Power Distribution (Universal), Intimidation
Darkseid is partially responsible for the creation of Eclipso. Eclipso was the former Spirit of God's Vengeance who got replaced by the Spirit of God's Wrath known as the Spectre. Eclipso shows fears towards Darkseid which would scale him above Spectre-level entities.
11.2 Strength, Speed, Flight, Telepathic Immunity, Soul Manipulation Immunity, Power Distribution (Universal), Power Negation (Universal)
Physically defeats Eclipso, states he is immune to her charms and body possession. Darkseid threatens to take her powers away as he had given to her in the past. This is solid proof that Darkseid scales above Spectre-level entities.
11.3 Size Alteration, Strength (Cosmic), Speed, Durability (Cosmic), Soul Manipulation, Flight, Telekinesis
Physically beats Jimmy Olsen who has been infused with the power of the New Gods where each added soul increases an individual's power by tenfold. Darkseid then proceeds to drain Jimmy Olsen of this power.
11.3 Strength, Speed, Durability
Engages in a physical fight with Superman and makes him bleed after a scuffle. Darkseid also tanks Superman's heat vision at close range.
11.4 Intelligence, Hypnosis, Corruption
Manipulates Mary Marvel into becoming evil and corrupted by exploiting her temptations.
11.5 Reality Warping (Multiversal), Cosmic Awareness (Multiversal), Intelligence, Retrocognition
Darkseid is revealed to be responsible for manipulating the sequences of Countdown with his reality warping as if the whole event was just a game of chess which he beats the Monitor at. The on-panel chessboard is not an actual chessboard but rather a metaphor for reality warping.
Countdown is a multiversal wide event that included characters as powerful as Superman Prime and Monarch.
11.2 Strength, Speed, Durability, Energy Projection (Star)
Engages in a physical fight with Superman and makes him bleed with the Omega Beams. Superman can survive supernova blasts without damage but the Omega Beams clearly affected him.
It should be noted that Darkseid wasn't trying to wipe Superman from existence in this fight so don't get me started with the nonsense of the Omega Beams failing.

12.2 Reality Warping (Multiversal), Cosmic Awareness (Multiversal), Intelligence, Retrocognition
States that he allowed Brother Eye to take over Apokolips and that he can see beyond the known realities.
12.4 Power Distribution, Soul Manipulation
Is responsible for channeling all the souls and powers of all the dead New Gods into Jimmy Olsen.

Infuses Mary Marvel with a proportion of his power. Mary Marvel then blasts Darkseid who tanks her attacks.
Mary Marvel was being empowered by both Darkseid and Eclipso.
In addition to having power from Darkseid and Eclipso, Mary Marvel also has the powers of Black Adam, Zatanna, Wizard Shazam and Klarion the Witchboy. This means Darkseid was undamaged by a very powerful attack.
12.3 Reality Warping (Multiversal), Cosmic Awareness (Multiversal), Intelligence, Retrocognition
In addition to manipulating the sequences of Countdown, Darkseid also displays extreme cosmic awareness by seeing into other universes from outside the DC Multiverse.

Kills a Parademon in his hand and tosses the dead body away.

Backhands Wonder Woman really hard.

Omega Beams erase Batman from existence.

Darkseid supposedly dies in this scenario yet he does somehow survive into the Great Darkness Saga. The reality warping attack from the Genesis Box was meant to unmake the universe.

The
20.1 Time Manipulation, Reality Warping (Universal), Cosmological Importance
Removing Darkseid from existence or even out of his continuum has disastrous consequences that lead to the destruction of the universe. This proves that Darkseid is fundamental to existence.
Various events across time in the DC Universe are completely erased. Not even the mighty Crisis On Infinite Earths Anti-Monitor is safe from this.
20.2 Technopathy (Planetary), Energy Manipulation (Planetary)
Reactivates the machines of his dead Apokolips after centuries of slumber.
20.3 Time Travel, Portal Creation, Teleportation
Younger version of Uxas travels to the future via Boom Tube to meet an older version of Uxas.
20.4 Telekinesis, Time Manipulation, Speed
Older Darkseid freezes time and keeps the Legion of Superheroes suspended in the air before they could react. The Legion of Superheroes have well over two dozen members.
20.5 Intelligence, Time Travel
Older Darkseid has a plan to save the universe that involves sending back future dark matter into the past via Boom Tubes.
20.6 Telekinesis, Time Manipulation, Power Negation, Energy Projection
Younger Darkseid reverses the time freeze placed upon the Legion of Superheroes. Older Darkseid tanks Omega Beams from younger Darkseid.
20.7 Strength, Speed, Durability, Intelligence, Corruption
Both older and younger Darkseid fight toe-to-toe against one another. Younger Darkseid is assisted by the Legion of Superheroes while older Darkseid is assisted by his army of corrupted modern day superhero clones. Younger Darkseid also backhands a corrupted Orion.
20.8 Telepathy, Corruption, Intelligence
Younger Darkseid mind controls evil Orion to shoot dead older Darkseid. Then he betrays the Legion of Superheroes and takes control over the corrupted superhero clones.
20.9 Strength
Knocks out Superboy with a punch.
20.11 Durability, Energy Manipulation, Energy Absorption, Life Force Drain
Older Darkseid tanks attacks from the entire Legion of Superheroes while in the process of weakening and begins draining his servants of their life-force to empower him. Unfortunately he drains all his servants.
20.12 Immortality, Resurrection
After his supposed death, he is still alive despite drastically weakened.
