Snart's gun has a very limited range and he doesn't even maximize his range off the bat. Sandman can just trap him underground.

There is no way to limit Sandman enough without taking his powers away to give Snart a chance. Sandman's powers have insane range and he can go toe to toe with heavy hitters.

About a month later and it's still garbage. I still try to wrap my mind around why it had to be changed every time I open comic vine, which isn't a lot these days, mainly because of the redesign.

Some people say that it loads better on mobile, maybe buy a better phone, something that isn't 10 years old. The old site loaded just as fast and looked just as good as this one for me on mobile.

And again, I usually like website redesigns. I have been positive about every Reddit, Facebook and Twitter redesign. I am not one of those "It's bad because it's new" guys.
