The older Into the Spider-Verse (Earth-TRN701) version, who is clearly shown stepping on a glass during his wedding to Mary Jane in that flashback. This is a Jewish marriage custom. Also worth noting that Spider-Man in general fits many positive Jewish stereotypes, and it is sometimes though to have been "written like he was Jewish" by Stan Lee.
