A sound analysis, if I do say so myself. I am of the opinion that whether or not Peter should wear it depends largely on just how substantial his role in the movie will be. If he's only going to get a scene or two, then I would want them to be him in his classic costume. But, if he's going to be a major player in the film, then I wouldn't mind at least seeing an easter egg for it.

I was going to get this game...until I learned Spider-Man wouldn't be in it. And the fact that it's an Avengers game is no excuse, as Spider-Man has been an Avenger. And he was one for longer than Daredevil, who's in this game. So the absence of Spider-Man kills it for me. Shame. I was really looking forward to this game too.

@panther21: I agree. Methinks a little too much so for a role that's not exactly the most attractive villainess out there.

I have to say, I actually agree with the positive assessment on female Firefly. To be honest, I came away from this episode and the previous one really wishing that this was the Firefly we had in the comics. I mean frankly, she and Nygma (who also gets spotlight in this episode) are far and away the two most sympathetic villains in the show, and a nice change of pace from all the pure evil sociopaths with no redeeming qualities that we've gotten so far. Is it a radical departure from the source material? Yes, but we're also kind of past the point where that should be shocking. I agree with Mat, this was a good episode, and Season 2 really is coming out far stronger than the first season (though even Season 1 had it's moments, I think).

@thevivas: Still waiting on that PM.

@zapan87:Nice. I believe @wolfrazer made a Respect Thread for generic Dark Jedi that includes stuff for Palpatine's flunkies. You may want to show that information to him as well, if he hasn't already put it in his respect thread. Also, congrats on being the 400th total post on my blogs!

@i_like_swords: So how does it look so far?

I still absolutely hate the fact that Black Cat is a villain now

I second that :/ And I got this feeling -just a feeling- that somethings gonna happen just in order to make Silk's character evolve 'naturally'...and Black Cat is gonna be the cause of it >.>

And I third it. Sadly, it seems like "Black Psycho Cat" is destined to last indefinitely. By now, she's right up there with 2004 Movie Catwoman and Barakapool as one of the all-time worst takes on a favorite character of mine. In fact, I may just make a poll to this effect...

@thevivas: Yes, that's the one. I could use the stuff it had on Jedi Brutes, Temple Guards, and Snipers, if you'd be willing to provide it. I will of course credit you.

@silver2467:

No problem, and I agree. Was a tad bit suprised when I read the quote - then again, I've heard a SW writer getting info off the Wookipedia to write, so that a tad weirder.

Edit: In my deeper delving into the quote, I've discovered there was a bit more to it then the above. Immediately after Chee says what's posted he goes on to say:

Conversely, I think it would be a determinent if books were artificially limited by game stats. So I would agree that a book is going to overrule a stat if there is a contradiction.

So, it seams to me as; as long as it's not contradicted by what's shown in canon - it's all fair game. But if it is (such as Maul > Sidious in strength) then we can through it out like the BS it truly is.

Basically what I was saying a while back: "Valid unless shown to be otherwise". Which means my listing the Force powers these Sith apparently know is okay.

I still think it's Barriss. And honestly, I'd like it better that way.
