Telepathy

Telepathy is the ability to communicate thoughts or affect the mind of another. Empathy is the emotional counterpart of telepathy.

Force Sense, Force Visions & Farsight

Force Sense is a passive Force power which enables a Force user to feel physical, emotional and mental traits as well as events. Force Visions are rare visions that come to a Force user. Farsight or farseeing allows a Force user to gain vague impressions of events happening at other places or times.

Vander excels at reading omens and his foresight powers repeatedly prove correct. He successfully foresees that the Exile will stay true to the light side, and he foresees the Jedi Civil War:

Though the future is always in motion, Tokare excels at reading portents. His wisdom is frequently questioned by contemporaries such as Master Vrook Lamar, but as history engulfs the future, the diminutive Jedi's insights repeatedly prove correct. When the Jedi Exile comes to Revan's side against the Mandalorians (and against the Jedi Order's wishes), Tokare insists she will ultimately stay true to the light. In a premonition, he also foresees the destruction set to befall the galaxy in the Jedi Civil War.
