If the Bat team had the use of their toys then they would take it hands down. Otherwise they don't stand a chance against Mister X w/TP. All Iron Fist & Shang Chi has to do is hold their ground against and let Mister X pick the team off 1 by 1. Mister X beat Wolverine, that's good enough to beat Batman h2h.

Marvel's Ultimate line seemed to work pretty well.  i wonder if DC considered doing it that way, instead of the reboot.  Seems like this way they are risking alienating some fans.  Don't f' with our memories!
I spoke to a publisher for DC during SDCC and he said they considered a Ultimate reboot but used the current state of the Ultimate universe as a reason why they decided not to. Eventually you would have to do something drastic to differentiate from the 2 universes and its going to just add more confusion.

He also mentioned that this was not a reboot, multiple times and that's the stance that DC is having with this.

Marvel is killing its readers with events. DC is working on a storyline that isn't full of massive wars and chaos...I applaud them.
Are you kidding me? Final Crisis, Blackest Night, Brightest Day, Flashpoint. DC & Marvel are the same, they do what is best for their wallets & events bring in the money which means the people want them. Even this "New 52" is an event.

I hope DC does well but I highly doubt they can keep this momentum. They will be lucky if they can be as good as Marvel sales wise long term though. If not, I can already smell the next event coming from DC, the one that brings the previous timeline back.

Jean puts the idea into Storm's mind that she's stuck in a casket buried alive deep underground. Cause you know, Storm is claustrophobic which is a MENTAL illness. Jean, who was one of the strongest telepath when alive, could make that image a million times worst crippling her.

Storm is stuck in fetal position.

Jean puts a diaper on Storm & spanks the shit out of her.

I've seen this Cyclops vs Colossus fight before. There was a lot of super jumps while spamming HK to build super bar then half circle LP + HP for Hyper Optic Blast to the face. N ot sure what Kitty will be able to do vs Emma.

Batman would have to be a ridiculously better fighter than Cap in order to compensate for super soldier serum. Don't see it happening in Bruce's favor.

If Superman did not kill, then he probably brutally disfigured or paralyzed a few people in AC#1. If anything there is a clear disregard for human life from him. If something like a Terminator throws someone through a wall head first, the guy is going to be seriously hurt, maybe paralyzed if not dead. Superman doing it, dude is dead. He smashes a tank which causes an explosion with what looks like at least 1 guy still inside. What happened to just twisting the cannon of the tank so it can't fire?

But who knows, maybe Superman just punched the hole in the wall first then simply put the guy in the, letting him rest & he waited for the 2 guys inside to get out of the tank and run a safe distance away from the area of explosion before smashing it.

I'm just wondering where Pa Kent is in all of this?

Anyone also notice how in DC #1, Batman played the boy scout role?
