I like Jesus alright, but I don't think he was the son of God and I don't believe he came back from the dead.

I think a lot of the people who do believe that are pretty good people and lead pretty good lives. Some of them don't.

Hi, why don't you believe Him as the Son of God? But, do you believe in God though?

All the prayers and church services and Bible verses I have encountered never felt like anything but a bunch of folks trying to say the same thing over and over again with the intent that I would eventually agree with them. I just don't buy it.

I'm not really sure I believe in God, either. On a day-to-day basis, I'm casually open to the idea, but not interested enough to dwell on it. The more I get pushed on it, the more I am likely to push back.

Like I said, I think Jesus himself must have been a heckuva guy. I don't believe all the things attributed to him actually happened to him, but if even a fraction did, he was certainly a moral leader.

Okay, would you try to ask God to show Himself? Just pray to Him to show you the truth. You know, I'm a christian not because I just happened to choose this religion out of all the religions in the world, but because God has led me to the truth. I had doubts several times in my lifetime about His existence, about Jesus, etc., I asked Him to make my faith stronger in Him. And what happened after that, I was invited to join my church's ministry (which strengthened my faith in Him), it became easier to feel His presence while I was praying, I was healed from my mild depression, from masturbation addiction, and so on.

Man, it is okay to not believe what I said. But just let God lead you to the truth. Because let's say if christianity is the truth, if you just believe in God but not Jesus as your savior and God, then your sins have not been redeemed by the blood of Jesus and therefore, you will have to face God's judgment.

The bible says in order to go to heaven u need to die right but the mf who made the bible wasn't dead when he was writing the bible tf

In order to go to heaven, we need to become righteous before God and that can only be achieved by the blood of Jesus' washing our sins away. Dead or not, if we have received Jesus as our savior and our God, eternal life is promised.

Out of curiosity what do Christians say to Hindus, Sikhs, Muslims etc? Do they ask the same question and try to convert them? What makes them certain their religion is the ‘correct’ one and the others are wrong? How can they factually know or is it just arrogance? Do they have the audacity to walk up to someone of another religion and tell them they’re going to hell because they worship the wrong God? That’s as shocking as it is kind of impressive.

I won't give much comment on this. But we, Christians, believe only the Holy Spirit can lead people into Jesus. We believe that Jesus is God because the Holy Spirit has led us from times to times that Jesus is indeed the one and only God and that there is no other God other than Him. We have also experienced His miracles, His presence, and through the prayers that He has heard and answered.

I personally did but how would you receive this message if a Muslim or Buddhist were to do this?

Do what exactly?

Pass. All praise Allah.

Believing in Allah is not enough my friend. Your sins in you can only be washed away by the blood of Jesus. How would you enter the most holy kingdom of Heaven with those sins still remain intact?

@shadowkiller78: i believed in jesus and i have accepted jesus as my savior. i prayed he be with me every day now i just repent for my sins a week ago, i was addicted to my sin for 7 years now i tried many time to give up my sin for jesus but i just keep on fall back in my sin, i when to church got peoples to prayed for me and i prayed to jesus to keep me out of that sin. and for anyone who fighting against sin go to jesus for help and he will help you. remember this, But you belong to God, my dear children. You have already won a victory over those people, because the Spirit who lives in you is greater than the spirit who lives in the world.

just repent of sin and change your mind and change your way of living, put your trust in Jesus Christ. and thank you brother for put the message of Jesus Christ for peoples to read on here.

Amen! I was once struggling with mild depression, addicted to watching porn and masturbating, and just generally didn't care much about doing sinful things. And then when I came back to God, He changed my life. I asked Him to keep me away from sinful things, and I am now no longer attracted to any sins. God is truly amazing!

We sometimes can fall back to our sins, it is normal for us humans. But as long as we don't LIVE in that sin, if we feel bad the moment we sin and ask for forgiveness for those sins, we aren't losing our salvation. This is the sign that we have received salvation and that we have been born again -> we are not comfortable with doing sinful things anymore.

God bless

@shadowkiller78: I’m bisexual. So does Jesus love me? Even if I’m an abomination..... 😔

Yes, Jesus still loves you nevertheless. He died for sinners, remember? You know, Jesus can help you with your sexual orientation struggle. There are a lot of people healed from homosexuality. It is not impossible. God bless

@shadowkiller78: Did you just say people who have premarital sex are more susceptible to STD? You need go listen more to your teachers and less to your preachers.

People having premarital sex tends to change partners. There is no need to debate this. It's a fact

@shadowkiller78: Only 1 problem just because you believe that doesn't mean anyone else should nor should we have to follow those rules.

And I hope you're not dumb enough to believe you can't catch a STD from same sex intercourse.

Right. I don't agree with how some countries, especially islamic and communist country, treat LGBTQ people. Those people, though I believe are abnormal, should still be treated as humans and they have the rights to do whatever they want to do. But I also disagree with how the West support those community as well.

Of course it's not just from same sex intercourse. It also happens with people doing sex before marriage or doing sex with different partners. But, the risk is bigger with homosexuals because anus is not designed or structured to be in contact with a man's penis, and the same vice versa
