I haven't read it yet myself, but my friend wrote this review that seems to indicate it's pretty important:

still, according to the reading order ( http://www.tradereadingorder.com/character/secret-six/

Unhinged is the start of the ongoing and those are usually pretty good jumping on points. I'm sure it will spoil events of six degrees, though, so personally I wouldn't be able to read them out of order. Then again, I'm pretty much obsessed with reading things in order.

hehe, I am. Thanks! We're currently working on getting covers up for each book, etc. It will be a while until it's complete, but every book has an entry now!

I just think that the whole "tighter continuity" argument is insane. I like them both, but Marvel has a HUGE amount of continuity errors. DC just makes theirs more obvious by constantly writing stories about them.

Hey guys. I've been working a few months on the prep work for adding all the marvel books to my dynamic reading order website. I've finally gotten close enough that I'm ready for some feedback and error checking on the titles (if not the actual placings yet, that will be an ongoing process.)

Not including Hardcover and Softcover versions of the same book, I've found about 2395 books containing Marvel comics (in universe or minor alternate universes - ultimate is a separate list.)

The list of all the comics is here in this blog post. (Caution: it's looong.)

I'm hoping that some of you can help me see if there's anything I've missed. It's a huge list, so may be very hard to find (even with ctrl-f searches) but perhaps if you just pick your favorite character, or the one that you collect, and do a quick browse?

I compiled it through a huge amount of publication information, searching for each character on amazon, wikipedia, and then finally letting Amazon recommend books for me once I marked all the ones I had as "owned."

I'm already starting to put these into reading order in the offline database and hope to upload it within the month. But learning of any I'm missing will help a lot!

Thanks buds!

We've been updating that above list a lot too - just added in a couple issues of Red Robin.

Hi guys! Having been thankful for your help back when we were working on New Krypton, I thought I might drop by to see what you thought of the Brightest Day reading order as it goes so far.

This link will take you to the list (I'll put any updates at this one link, in case this thread goes out of date):
http://www.tradereadingorder.com/blog/comic-issue-reading-order-brightest-day-dc-event/

Anyway, so far my list is only up to date to the start of October. Anyone have any clues as to where to place it and what upcoming books tie in?

I'm also not quite sure about Green Arrow. And I haven't read the luthor Action Comics, so I don't know where they're placed or how they tie in.

Let me know what you think!

haha yeah, the morrison stuff is probably the best part, but I like to error on the side of completionism ;)

I read a lot of crap because of my need to get all the crossovers, haha. I remember reading a LOT of terrible marvel issues of characters I don't know at all to get all of, civil war, for example.
