Slott's writing is very shlocky, the kind of writing that I can't stop rolling my eyes at. I'm also enjoying Doctor Spiderpus' appearances in everything but the Core title.

So what do you guys think, back to Amazing Spider-Man starring Peter Parker in about a year? Picking up with issue #713?

Oh great, cause a darker take on Spider-Man worked out really great in the 90s.

Predator would be too busy hunting The Batman to bother with Bane.

I think it's pretty clear that Spider-Man will be fighting Alpha soon. Alpha is Peter Parker if he didn't have Uncle Ben and Aunt May to raise him right.

It's gonna be a looooooong month. :(

The director and writers have some good films to their name so I'm cautiously optimistic.
