@jack_hart: Goku was using UI wrong against Moro. They talk about how he's forcing it.

And UI omen is far less powerful than MUI

@animeisniche_ok: if superman is powered separately by the sun yes. If the sun just makes his own personal strength higher then no.

in the new chapter Vegeta can now forcefully remove 2nd hand energy, fused energy, and stolen energy from opponents and return it to its source.

What characters that Vegeta couldn't take before could he now have a chance against with this ability?

It only works if the opponent is drawing power from somewhere besides their own strength.

It allowed him to drain Moro of all his power he stole from planets.

This implies he can also forceful defuse merged characters.

Vegeta can now forcefully remove stolen energy or fusion energy from an opponent.

So he could in theory now contend with characters who get energy from eating it, fusing for it, gathering it, etc.

This could let him take on someone like fully fed galactus as he could drain the planet energy that galactus eats.

Anyone who draws power from an outside source or another party would be vulnerable to this ability.

https://comicbook.com/anime/amp/news/dragon-ball-super-chapter-61-spoilers-vegeta-technique/

The new chapter of Dragon Ball Super will go live in a few short days, but it seems some netizens have gotten early copies of the issue. To keep things spoiler-free, fans with the alleged leaks are only summarizing their reactions to chapter 61, but the user Ryokutya has something major to say about the issue.

According to one translator, the summary says Vegeta debuts a "technique which overturns Dragon Ball's history", and that is a bold statement to make. Other translations of the line suggest that Vegeta uses a technique "that is one of the most incredible in the history of Dragon Ball."

@scotchbear: @brucerogers: well death told Jack this season if he reaches full power he will be able to successfully kill Chuck.

They simply said the soul bomb would be like 10000 exploding suns. Not that 10000 suns could kill her. The light charged from the souls would kill her, since she's the darkness.

Its suggested the Earth is the only planet with life in the main supernatural universe. So Michael saying that implies that Lucifer could literally end the universe if he wanted to.

I believe Lucifer even suggested to Jack that they could go off and explore the stars AND create their own universe, one that would be better than Chucks.

So that also implies Jack is both a universe buster and universe creator. He is a universal level character.

Also do the celestials have the durability to tank a universe buster+? Since Chuck says he ended multiple universes with a snap, while others he ended with disasters. If they dont and Chuck really only has the durability you stated, then this could be a quick draw contest.

Snapping away universes is pretty much super casual universe busting. And he can do this from other realities.

@brucerogers: Alternate Michael said Lucifer charged with Jack's grace could "even end the whole universe if he put his mind to it"

The soul bomb was a bomb of pure light charged with souls. We later see Chuck simply absorb all the souls and light bomb into himself with no effect whatever.
