We know this series will have to come to some end. Savage is seen ruling the world in 2166. The Reverse Flash comes from the 23rd century(??). There is also rumors I've been reading that the Legion of Super-heroes might make an appearance on Supergirl, which means they are the 31st century.
This would mean that Vandal's reign would have to be short lived. So either he is defeated by the Legends or somehow there was an uprising and he was defeated by the heroes in the 22nd century.
Looks like Savage retains his power of non sense illogicity here too,at least they're accurate. The Felicity pandering has gone off the rails,someone needs to rip her head off fast.Thank goodness the mother isn't Talia and the boy not Damian.

I had two issues with the episode. First off they could had the DNA of Savage and found another way to defeat him. Instead they turned around and just walked away. Also when Savage was blasted to dust, they again just turned around and walked away. Talk about sloppy work on both heroes part.
My first thoughts also. With Grodd probably being the strongest and smartest he'll take charge of the city quickly then start to plan his revenge on Earth-2 first.
Revenge for what?
Let's look at some of the evidence. He was abuse/tested on by the military. The people he did trust, Caitlyn and Well (Thrawn version) turned on him. He's understands the Well he was talking to was against him when he was stabbed with those needles. Caitlyn turned on him when she was in the area when he was sent to Earth-2.
He has a lot of reasons to hate humanity now. His completely distrust in him. He went from the villian we felt bad for to one who wants revenge.
