@mavfan626: The difference is Doom made the army with his prep, but other heroes aren't allowed to factor into this fight.
@Shadey: There is getting help from Walter Declun.. and then there is getting help from Reed Richards. x_x Work it out, lululu. @mavfan626: Well, yeah, but the tactics alone didn't win him the battle. He had serious man power with the help of the other heroes.
@Shadey: I am pretty sure Doom was working alone.. and T'Challa's plans couldn't have become reality had he not gotten the Fantastic Four, a portion of the X-men, Deadpool and War Machine on his side.

Well, he managed to be a hero for a year or so when Batman was away... Although Batman says that Harvey only did it out of "ego", to show Batman that he could do it, more than a sense of heroism.. So I guess not..
