if the ape's objective is crossing the bridge.. couldn't a bunch of explosives experts take care of that by blowing up the bridge?
 
If that's not allowed here's my team;
 
Mysterio with his gadgets can confuse and delay the apes. Depending on the nature of the illusions/holograms, perhaps he could cause some of the apes to even jump off the sides and what not. Even if the original effects of the holograms are overcome somehow he still has a bunch of others gadgets that could help such as radar's to keep a track of the monkeys and gasses to further incapacitate them. 
 
Using the time Mysterio could buy and his radars I assume any team of long-ranger's could take care of the monkeys; Kraven the Hunter if a rifle is "standard gear" or Punisher if it's not, Green Arrow and Winter Soldier or something. All of these guys could also go hand to hand with the ones that may eventually get near, too, I guess.
