The most prominent enemy of the Teen Titans and Robin's personal archenemy.
Raven's arch-nemesis father and interdimensional demon.
Betrays the titans
My favorite Titan villain, aside from Slade, and a genius-level intellect with a knack for technology. Part of the HIVE trio.
The first ANTI-Titan of the HIVE.
Hive trio member.
A fashion designer turned supervillain, he was more of a skilled technologist and hypnotizer in the animated series.
The first main villain on the show, other than Cinderblock and Slade.
A master magician turned supervillain, Mumbo is a petty thief who's magic wand had made him insane.
Starfire's archenemy and older sister. She lacks powers of flight in the comics and has her orange hair as well, but in the show was given black hair and flight.
These are Beast Boy's and the Doom Patrol's archenemies. They caused a lot of trouble for the Titans in the finale. They didn't make a HUGE impact on the show as the others did, however. They also didn't make that large of a lasting impact on the show to be "worthy."
Dr. Light was a big-time villain in the comics, but turned into a joke in the show. He was still an antagonizing figure in episodes like "Kole."
Cyborg's archenemy. He's worse in the comics to the entire team, but is more focused on Cyborg in the show.
The ANTI-Titans, this criminal organization was very troublesome and antagonizing to the Titans and a TRIO of them managed to win their tower from them.
As individuals, the team doesn't really stick out.
Batman-esque character who's a villain in training. Uses stealth and teleportation.
Only appeared once.
Not that smart a villain.
