Technically, Deathstroke is the real deal Terminator as he was created (or at least shown to the public) first. As for who would win, I'm gonna have to say Deathstroke. Because he has human creativity and can go beyond simple programming. Also, like mentioned before, if Sarah Connor can kill a Terminator, Deathstroke CERTAINLY can.

Spectacular Spider-Man's is my favorite but the best is probably the 1990's one.
