Superman is my favorite character of all time. I remember watching him as child when the Superman Animated Series was on years ago. I thought his powers really cool when I was young and now that I'm older I started really like the character being a symbol a hope, a guy with amazing powers being one of the nicest characters. I like how despite how powerful this guy is, he can rule Earth like in Injustice but Superman in the main comics but instead he uses his powers to help the people of Earth to make it a better place. Superman has influenced me a little bit I think on a subconscious level. I try my best to be a nice guy mainly due to seeing Superman being a nice guy himself.
Really liked Conner Kent before the New 52. New 52 was ok. Glad he's back.
He has become my favorite Batman, even more than Bruce Wayne. I like his suit, looks really cool, has a lot of useful features, like having microphones in his fingers, becoming invisible, and being able to fly. I loved the cartoon when I was younger and now that he's in comics I'm happy to see him in ongoing series that I make sure to keep up with. I like Terry as a character, he's a fun guy trying to redeem himself by being Batman. Also personally if I wanted to be Batman, I would want the Batman Beyond suit.
I really started liking him more when Crisis of Infinite Earths was coming to the CW and it was announced that Brandon Routh would be playing a version of the character. I love how despite being an older Superman, he still stands by his beliefs and won't let anyone stop him from doing the right thing. Even the JSA couldn't stop Superman when he first showed up & were nervous about an older Superman being there since Infinite Crisis had happen. They couldn't slow him down and he saved a girl from falling or killing herself. I forget which but it was awesome. I loved how the Arrowverse gave a reason why he has black. To paraphrase because hope shine through the darkest of times.
Really loving Jon Kent. Really interested to see where his character goes.
I really like the character of Venom. Donny Cates run has really me love the character even more. As far as hosts go I really like Flash and Eddie. Haven't read a lot of stories with Scorpion as Venom and Lee Price was ok. I'm not counting Spider-Man as a host because to me it was just the black costume and he never really became Venom except for Superior Spider-Man but that was Otto for like 3 issues.
My favorite Venom Host. Really liked his military Spider-Man look.
My Favorite Green Lantern.
My Favorite Flash
My favorite Robin
I really like this character. He was a Talon that was able to get away from the Court of Owls and become an ally to Batman. I wish we get to see more of this character do stuff like fight some Joker minions or take down some Court of Owls bases.
I miss Earth 2. A lot of it is because of this guy. He was revealed to be an additional Kryptonian sent to Earth with Clark and Kara on Earth 2 and was hidden for a long time and became agoraphobic. Just seeing him become Superman in his own right was cool to see and I like his costume. He has shown up a few times after Earth 2 when Superman from the Main DC Universe needed help from other Supermen from other universes like dealing with Apex Lex and Perpetua. I wish sometime in the future he can move to the main DC Universe or have a mini-series or something with him as a major player and maybe, which I doubt will happen, tell us who the fourth Kryptonian is or was.
Keep in mind, I am referring to Sara Lance of the Arrowverse.
Thomas Wayne as Batman is a really cool idea. Liked him in Flashpoint, really liked him in the Earth 2 series being Bruce's successor, was sad to see him die in Convergence but was glad to see him again in The Button.
I saw Hyperion popping up in Jason Arron's run in Avengers and knew he was a Superman like character for Marvel like Sentry so thought he was ok. Then I read Jonathan Hickman's run on Avengers. The run was great and I really feel in love with Hyperion. I loved the friendship Hyperion and Thor had developed. It's like seeing Thor befriending Superman. It was nice to see Hyperion It's cool and I loved the 32nd Issue of New Avengers how we see those two characters fight until the very end.
I really like what they have been doing with Zod lately. I haven't really read any of the New Krypton saga except the prelude and the end. DC lately has made Zod a much bigger threat than aside from being an evil Superman with military experience. They really shown him to be a very intelligent leader and thinking a few steps ahead. For example, in a green lantern book, he took down one of the earth Green Lanterns, took his ring and then downloaded ALL THE INFORMATION the ring knows. & the ring knows whatever the Guardians know. He could use it to his advantage later down the line.
This guy is scary. He blames Superman for his problems and hates him so much he BECAME SUPERMAN, except you know a cyborg. This guy fascinates me because its amazing what he is willing to do to make Superman look bad and also how big of a threat he is to anyone wearing a ring.
I really like him and the Court of Owls overall. It's such an interesting idea that there is a secret society of people that have a control over Gotham. It's scary.
