What is the best, most authentic way of faking sick?

I was planning on seeing Batman v. Superman with a friend after tomorrow, but he cancelled on me, therefore we had to reschedule for Wednesday. But in fear of spoilers, I decided I'll just watch it with my family instead, but the more I think about it, I'd much rather wait it out a week and watch it w/ my friend then watch it with my family. I've got huge anxiety, and watching this with my friend would be a form of escapism. I was really, really excited.
With the easter holidays coming up, my family and I are now supposed to be watching it on Thursday. Therefore I need a way to be sick from Wednesday, to Monday. This really means a lot to me. I'd really, really appreciate any advice. Especially since getting caught would result in a LOT of trouble.
I've honestly considered just making myself sick. Plain and simple. As in giving myself a cold (yes, I am pretty effed up. But then again, I've got anxiety issues). If you've got recommendations, fire. But don't recommend that I fake something that can be solved by painkillers or any kind of medicine, because then they'd offer me medicine and I can't say no. If I say yes, that's overdose and could get me really sick.
