I would saw that it would be The Surrogates, written by Robert Venditti, artist Brett Weldele, by Top Shelf Publications. You know, it's been a year, and only now I find out they're making it into a movie! Wadda ya know!

Also, since this site is interested in it's users making their own superhero personalities I'll guess I'll have to draw the one I created. XD
