Saitama Exponential Growth Rate [calc]

Introduction

Hello, my fellow comicviners!!.

It's yo' boy saboyaba, and I'm here with another spectacular calc. Don't forget to click the bell button, like, share and subscribe!!!

We all know this infamous panel, where saitama and garou demonstrate an insane growth rate

The Calc

So, lets dive into the panel. I edited the image to make some lines more clear

So we have the following points for saitama's graph: (0, 0.3) (6, 1.46) (8.74, 5) (10,11)

Keep in mind, we don't yet know the exact value of each x unit, and each y unit, we just know x represents a unit of time, and y represents a unit of power/strength.

The exponential formula is: y = A * exp(k * x) - where A is a constant and k is the growth rate, and exp is the exponent of eulers number.

Solving the formula gives us the equation as: y = 0.0255 exp(0.6065x).

This is consistent with the graph on the panel.

It means saitama's strength increases by a factor of 0.6065 for every x unit increase in time (aka dy = y * 0.6065 dx)

What is the unit of x?

So we've gotten the formula for the growth, but that is still incomplete because we don't yet know what amount of time a unit of x represents.

The hardest part of the calc is figuring out the amount of time it grow each unit.

But firstly, we'd need the speed at which they were fighting. So, I lazily took a vsbattle calc for this https://vsbattles.fandom.com/wiki/User_blog:Kachon123/One-Punch_Man:_Saitama_and_Garou_Jump_Around_Io#Scan_1

According to the calc, they were moving at MFTL+, which I don't think is controversial.

The calc gives 3 different results: A low end, mid end, and high end. Based on the comments it seems the low end and high end are the most reliable results, so I will make use of those two values.

We also know the graph increased by a unit of time for each punch saitama gave.

- After the first punch, it increased by around half a unit

- After the second punch, it increased by around one and a half units

So an average of 1 unit per punch

The final value we need is: how long it took for one punch?

- We already know how fast they were moving

- We only need how far away he needed to travel to punch garou

From all those panels, it seems saitama is around arms length away from garou, so around 0.635 meters (average arm length is around 25 inches and saitama is about average height)

Low end x unit

They are moving at 8021.15312FTL

Time to travel 0.635meters = 0.635 / (8021.15 * 3e8)

= 2.64e-13 seconds

One x unit represents 26.4 picoseconds

High end x unit

Time to travel 0.635meters = 0.635 / (18497547800* 3e8)

= 1.4429e-19 seconds

one x unit represents 1.44e-7 picoseconds

Conclusion

His power increases by a factor of 0.6 every 1.44e-7 to 26 picoseconds.

This is actually insane, let me make a table of how much his power would have increased at different time spans (using the low end)

Notes

- After 2000 units, the number becomes so big you can't properly represent it on a computer (larger than the regular floating point limit), so I had to use an arbitrary precision floating point calculator (aka it got too big to calculate normally after 1 nanoseconds!!!!)

- This is only with the low end feat too!!!!!!!!!

Final Thoughts

AFTER ONE SECOND, HIS POWER WOULD HAVE INCREASED BY 2.5 * 10^(974578532113) TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- This is far above galaxy, universal, IT IS TOO LARGE TO REPRESENT AS A NUMBER!!!!etc

- It is safe to say, with saitamas exponential growth he can one-shot all of your favorite verses, bar incredibly haxed characters

Goku Runs The Snake Way [Calc]

Hello wonderful people of comic vine! I shall be calculating the speed at which goku first ran the distance of the snake way.

I know this calc has probably been done before, but whatever

What is the snake way?

Snake Way, or Serpent Road, is a long, narrow, winding path, located in Other World, above Hell, which leads from King Yemma's palace to King Kai's Planet, and is the only method of getting to the latter (other than teleporting).

How long is the snake way?

It is stated to be 1 million kilometers or (1^9 meters)

The feat?

Goku travels the whole distance of the snake way.

He is shown both flying

And running

He is also shown to sleep every night

he finishes the journey after 6 months

Picollo says they have 6 more months in reference to the arrival of vegeta (who was meant to arrive a year after goku started the journey)

The Calc?

Now.. lets get straight to the point.

Goku travelled a distance of 10^9 meters within 6 months by flying/running.

He also spent time sleeping.

Lets assume he spends 8 hours a day sleeping (People sleep an average of 8 hours a day.),

thats 8/24 or one third of the journey is spent sleeping (two thirds is actually him traveling)

Time spent traveling = 2/3 * total seconds in 6 months

= 2/3 * 6 * 30 * 24 *3600 = 10368000.0 seconds

Speed = distance/time

= 10^9/10368000.0 m/s

= 96 m/s (approximately the speed of a Peregrine falcon)

Summary

Post-raditz goku has a peregrine falcon level travel speed.. Pretty neat!!!!!!!
