Nobody , STTGL is the highest end-game I can think about. it's strength makes the likes of Superman, Hulk and Asura look like microbes, in therms of durability it tanked galaxy shattering impacts and a big bang level attack, and that was in it's regular form TTGL alone, even if you were to high-ball Goku to universal level, the STTGL would shrug his strongest attack like a breeze.
The STTGL is simply too big and too durable and it's size makes him ridiculously fast, cosmic level speed. It also defies probability manipulation and various others hax from the anti-spiral. It's impossible to take it down by physical power, you'll need something literally bigger than the universe or the power of like 1000 big bangs, and even that is questionable, since the spiral power can rise infinitely. It could be taken down by high-end manipulation but most users borderline nigh omnipotence.
@alextheboss: Lowballed Raditz and kid Goku are relativtic. Namek saga Goku reacted to Frieza death beams that are faster than space pods. Thats dozens of FTL speed. And of course there is still kaioken x20...
@medulaoblaganda: Superman wasn't even hurt after that hit to the moon, and the second was kind of a cheap shot, and Superman came back to the battle after a while, not to mention that Titus guy was stomping alone the JL. I can post scans if I find them.
