Great review, I agree with every word except perhaps tha it's the best Marvel movie. Guardians of the Galaxy is still ahead and Avengers is number 3 after CW not WS (imo of course).

I've seen the movie, I won't talk about the bonus but I can say that none of the events mentioned are in the movie. And you know what ? The movie is still really good. I like the Winter Soldier, I thought this one was better.
