Do monogamous relationships conflict with human nature?

I realize this question will possibly "stir the pot" by making a few upset while possibly intriguing some others. I decided to do this particular blog after hearing about a rise in failed relationships due to infidelity. Is it natural for a person to remain true to one person forever or are we inadvertently fighting against human nature when we enter a one on one relationship?

Books Vs Televsion

Which one takes it and why?

  • Setting is a large Victorian style living room inside a nice house
  • One person watches TV with the volume at a slightly high sound level (at around 35)
  • The person has access to Comcast digital cable
  • The other person reads 50 Shades of Grey (they're already halfway through)
  • The person reading does not have access to earplugs or headphones
  • Both people must remain on the couch until one of them loses patience with the other
  • Distance is about 5 ft away
  • Both hate what the other is watching and reading

Robin i'm gonna miss you man

I never had the chance to meet you in life but through your work it was like you were my real life best friend. I remember I lost my dog and a close family member all in the same two week period as a kid and the pain was beyond horrible. I watched Hook and I felt like new life was breathed back into me through your youthful energy and ability to make the world laugh. You united people through your humor and genuine love for all. You were much morer than just the Genie from Aladdin and Peter Pan; though at the time these characters were symbols of happiness in a world so torn. I still don't believe this has happened but you are probably much happier now than you were here. I love you Robin Williams. You were then and are now one of my favorite people in Hollywood.
