@rr79 thoughts on how it would effect smallville superman?
Well, there was an episode when Clark didn't have his powers and was shot through the heart by Oliver and Martian Manhunter took him into the sun to restore his powers, so I don't see it affecting him really.
@rr79:The group effort was to get the glove off (which quill screwed up for everybody)
After that Tony and Thanos face off and Thanos says something like "Your not the only 1 cursed with knowledge" Then they fight 1 v 1 and Ironman Throws everything he has at Thanos and only slightly cuts his cheek
Leaving Thanos to say "All that for a drop of blood" Because Ironman just threw everything he can at him and all it did was leave an insignificant scratch. In other words Thanos taunted his efforts and pretty much said "You're F$%%ed"
We are more than likely going to have to agree to disagree on this. You are intentionally ignoring all the beating that Thanos took before Stark was by himself for whatever reason, as if taking all of that within minutes of the end would not affect the person somehow. The simple fact of the matter is he was hit many times by many people in many different ways before Iron Man was by himself, but still within that time frame. It's quite clearly cumulative damage that all added up to cause a single drop of blood. It wasn't a single drop of blood just because of Iron Man. But if that is what you want to believe then we should agree to disagree.
@rr79: Guess that means Splinter isn't the one that drops Shredder off a roof by the logic. Funny how you completely ignore the fact they are the only 2 standing
Not worth arguing with somebody who ignores video evidence
False Equivalence. Splinter does get the final kick that knocks Shredder off the roof, just like in this case where Iron Man gets the final hit that causes Thanos to bleed. However, the fact remains that it was a group effort and cumulative damage that caused him to bleed. Hell Thanos even says it himself, "all of that for a single drop of blood".
@rr79: He started it but you continued, so you're as guilty as he is.
What do you not understand about accusing one person of derailing the thread but not saying shit to the person that started it? Now, I'm heading to the store and will not comment on this again because you are just being silly.
@rr79: "I'm not going to entertain a conversation with a person that tries to say that he can't even destroy Earth when they were powerful enough for that by the end of the Saiyan Saga. Sorry, I don't entertain foolishness."
"You don't listen do you? Stop tagging me. You are full of crap with your "can't even destroy earth". I have no wish to debate or talk to someone spewing such foolish bullshit."
@rr79: You decided to respond to him, so you're derailing the thread just as he is.
Last comment, because this is just ridiculous. You accused me of derailing the thread when it is very obvious that I wasn't the one that derailed the thread. If you are going to say something to one person say something to the person that started it. End of story.
"I'll just block my opponent due to the lack of arguments on my part and add a cringey insult to the recipe, maybe that way I'll sound more mature and reasonable" - Typical RR. You simply can't get any dumber than that.
Awww....someone is upset that they couldn't back up their claim and resorted to slinging insults and got blocked for it. It's ok, you will be unblocked in about a month to see if you can handle debating without slinging insults, just like you were last time.
To be entirely fair, you basically came into this thread slinging insults and making character assassinations rather than trying to understand what yoir opponent is saying and indulge in a meaningful discussion. Seems a tad hypocritical to block others for that very reason.
