Mia Heike Rondstrum (Under construction)
When you're born to a family with a tradition with both magic and business a lot is expected of you. In Mia's case, they at first got their hopes up, seeing how much power she really had, but as she grew, her inability to control their lineage magic, as well as a considerably less businesslike personality, made their hopes dwindle. In their eyes, she became much more akin to merely an...extra. She had to seek teaching elsewhere for her abilities, as the family was too naturally attuned to their gifts to understand what it's like to be out of control, and they were not particularly inclined on bringing someone from nothing to where they needed her. She felt excluded, and almost disowned. But she kept on, if she couldn't help the family, she would help everyone else. Her gifts were powerful, but were difficult to master. She began to research spells, conjurations, enchantments, things which were a bit easier to preform with words guiding her power instead of pure instinct and force.
At around fifteen Mia had an unfortunate accident, she lost her right arm while practicing her fire magic, accidentally sheering through it with ice. The experience was agonizing, and is a significant reason for why she avoids using her natural gifts of wide ranged effects unless she must. While the arm was replaced by one of the Rondstrums advanced prosthetics, Mia has not forgotten this incident, nor is she as capable in that arm as before with magic.
Armor of a vampire:
An enchantment that Mia actually learned from her older sister Beatrice, it is said to be designed by a hemokinetic vampire long ago. The enchantment requires only a single spoken word after it has been fully completed one time, which requires quite the number of resources, time, and power, as well as an unfortunately hefty portion of the users blood initially, which for a vampire was less of an issue, as they could simply consume more, but for Mia took a great deal of preparation. Once fully initiated, the blood forms around the users body like a full body suit. This suit is malleable to the users wishes, taking most any desired shape and becoming at their complete disposal while using minimal energy to do so. Without further enchantment, it's durability is around that of bone, however the armor is empowered by the existence of living things nearby and the speed and strength of their metabolism, alternatively it can be exponentially increased based on Mia allowing it to take some of her own blood.
The ability to control the armor also permits her to greatly increase her speed and strength, offers her a form of flight, and can allow her to use the blood in various forms offensively or defensively. It is also able to draw blood from others using tendrils or contact, increasing it in proportion to the power of those whom it draws from. The suit can also allow her to breathe without actually having to take in oxygen, storing it up and giving her hours worth to utilize in any conditions.
Advanced prosthetic:
From Mia's hand to her upper right arm, is a completely cybernetic arm designed by the Rondstrums. While Mia's mergance abilities are far inferior to the others, it does still give her arm a greater advantage then were it on another person, as she is able to fluently control its aspects and have a form of sense superior then the artificial one it already possesses. It also makes it almost impossible for it to be controlled by a technopath or telikinetic somehow.
The arm itself is made of a combination of carbon and various metals making it extremely hard to break, enough so that it is entirely bulletproof.
This arm is able to move unlike others, having a design that allows its pieces to seperate should the cognition, or in this case mergance, of the individual allow it, and thus creating a very heightened form of dexterity. The arm possesses somewhat heightened strength, allowing her enough to lift cars...if she is able to keep her back and legs planted.
Anima spells/enchantments:
Legend of a thousand spears:
A spell designed specifically for having a vast number of attacks at once. Taking around thirty seconds to say the spell, the last word is followed by a series of discs of light which release a literal thousand spears launched at around mach 1 which can be targeted on a specific enemy or a large force. However once the spell has been completed the spears will disappear in another thirty seconds.
Pull the curtain:
Thirty second verbal spell. This spell is a truth spell, by speaking it, if it is directed at a person or thing, the thing is release the truth without any other deceptions or trickery for any questions asked. This includes even documents and records. The other option is directing it in a location, opening up the truth much like opening up a window causing illusions to be dispersed.
The starbeam:
Single word spell, sends a blast of solar energy in a line. This spell is contained so as not to cause radiation damage or sheer spread heat to everyone present, rather it is focused even after hitting its target.
Energy swarm:
Three second spell. Energy swarm creates a "swarm" of energy target tracking collectives of thermal and electrical energy which go after a target with enough energy to burn through flesh, heat up metal, and disrupt electronic devices it makes contact with.
Shield of Lancelot:
Three word spell. This spell can create up to three shields of varying levels of durability that obey the orders of the caster. The weakest can deflect anything from sniper rounds to lightning. The second can halt most tank rounds. The third is capable of halting solar flares from close range.
Cvnu additions:
OOC: Yes I am just too tired to write an entire thing right now but this needs to get up. Basically, similair powerset to CVU but without the Shadow Man, gonna elaborate more on her anima magic in this then I did in CVU, and gonna have a different history/family.
