DC's Vanguards
A justice league from the future. In said future, all powers have been wiped from the face of the planet and the only ones allowed to have super powers are those who work for the corrupt government. Bruce Wayne, after seeing all of his comrades die, escapes and forms a team to try and save the world from darkness after coming out of hiding.
There are still some surviving superheroes, but most are dead and gone.
