Supposely Dan Jurgens will eventually return to the series in an interview I read somewhere he is taking a year off from the series to work on something else then he will return.
Mia Dearden better known as the 2nd Speedy is a ok character but it should be Roy Harper who is shown first as Speedy but overall more Heroes in Smallville Season-9 is Awsome.
Its probably going to be in the Avengers, another Hulk Movie or possible Thor maybe as a earth Villian while Loki will be the Main Villian and the Asgard Villian.

I am excited for the upcoming Season 9 of Smallville and I am a fan of the show. An I'm ok if they go beyond Season-9 but only do that if they move forward more into the Superman Comic Book Universe because I don't want see a Season 13 and he still can't fly and he still doesn't become the Superman from the comics and they still don't have Lex back yet and he and Lois Lane are still not in the relationship from the Superman Comics. Basically I'm ok if they go beyond Season 9 only if they stop slowing down the Process of Clark Kent becoming Superman that we all know and love from the Comics. In the Comics it didn't take this long for Clark Kent to learn how to fly I understand if the shows creators and the writers who help run the show didn't want to see him in the suit right away but at least you could of had him flying by now. Oh and G-Man I read somewhere that at the Comic Con 09 Panel someone asked about the whole shows title being called Smallville and the Current Producers/Writer of the show Brian Peterson said the shows kind of called Smallville: Metropolis Years hope that helps with your question.
If I ever thought I see Ryan Reynolds play on DC Comic Hero in the movies it would probably be The Flash Wally West. But I'm actually really excited to hear that Ryan Reynolds got cast as Green Lantern Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Movie is finally moving along and hopfully will start filming soon. But lets also hope that the Deadpool Movie gets done as well.
Michael Bay isn't going to quiet the Transformer Movie Franchise he just doesn't want to do Transformer-3 right away because the last 2-Movies that he has directed have been the Transformers Movies so he just wants to take a break from big giant robots who can honestly blame him. 4-Years of working on 2-Transformers movies is alot of work he just wants to do one or two different movies in between directing wise then he will go back to Transformer-3. He has said this in many recent interviews who ever reported the story about him quieting the franchise just change his answer around thats all.
