The Suicide Squad : Kobra Rising (My DC Film Universe)

Task Force X - A covert government black-ops team sent to do the higher-up's dirty work and comprised of purely "expendable" individuals - A.K.A. The modern "Super Criminal". Under the thumb of Amanda Waller, Task Force X are tasked with taking on a rising terrorist threat called Kobra with their mission really proving why they're called the Suicide Squad...

  • These are my ideas for a future Suicide Squad film set within my own DC film universe. For other list set in my film universe see lists with (My DC Film Universe) in the title

  • Credits Scene: Kobra, lying defeated in the ruins of his base vows to personally track down everyone involved with the squad and kill them and their loved ones. However, the Demon's Head has arrived and punishes the leaders for letting the Mother Boxes leave their grasp - Beheading Lord Naga and impaling Lady Eve...

  • Deaths (The Squad): General Eiling (Manipulated by Lord Naga into ripping out the bomb in his neck which kills him), Camorogue (Neck Bomb explodes when she tries to steal a Mother Box for herself) & Killer Frost (Caught in crossfire between Kobra and the Squad):

  • Deaths (Other): Edgar (Frozen and then shattered by Killer Frost), Grey Lora (Killed by Captain Boomerang), Regulus (Ripped apart by General Eiling), Lord Naga (Beheaded by Ra's Al Ghul) & Lady Eve (Impaled by Ra's Al Ghul)

  • Born to a wealthy couple who hated each other, Floyd Lawton idolised his older brother Eddie but felt like he lived in his shadow. One day convinced by his mother to kill his abusive father, Floyd took his shot from a tree but his aim went astray and he killed his brother. Swearing to never miss a shot again, Floyd trained in the use of firearms and joined the Marines and the League of Assassins. Making a name for himself as the go to assassin for high-profile clients (Including Carmine Falcone & The Black Mask), Lawton would be dubbed Deadshot and gain the reputation for never missing a shot. Later winding up in Belle Reve, Lawton is approached by Waller to join Task Force X. Lawton seemingly accepts because of the promised pardon but in reality joined as he only desires one thing - To go out with a bang and the Squad provides just that...

  • With a completely classified record and her identity unknown to the public, Amanda Waller is the ruthless White Queen of Checkmate and a high-level government operative. Wanting to create a covert government black-ops team comprised of totally "expendable" members (A.K.A. The modern "super criminal", Waller forms Task Force X or the Suicide Squad. Convincing the criminals to join, Waller holds an iron thumb over thumb as she has bombs implanted inside their necks with their controls in the hands of Rick Flag. Actually planning for the Squad to all be killed on the mission, Waller is forced to go back on this when Harkness finds out. Considering that Harkness nearly revealed the Squad and that they left two major assets alive, Waller refuses the criminals' wishes...

  • Found by Feds drinking at a bar, Digger Harkness was transported to Belle Reve whilst Iron Heights is under repair. Approached by Waller to join Task Force X, Boomerang is promised a pardon and release from prison if he complies for the mission. Agreeing to the terms, Digger is mistrusted and disliked by his fellow members of the Squad due to his difficult and rebellious nature. When Boomerang is kidnapped by Kobra, Waller orders Flag to detonate his neck bomb and prevent him from revealing anything about the Squad but the signal becomes blocked. His kidnapping on live television, Boomerang threatens to reveal the Squad if they don't save him. Later saved by them, Boomerang is denied his release and forced to go on every mission for the squad henceforth...

  • Colonel Rick Flag Jr. led the original Suicide Squad which ended in disaster with only himself and one other surviving. Now tasked with leading the current "expendable" team, Flag hates working with criminals and killers. However, he doesn't share the same mentality as Waller and doesn't toy with lives. Tasked with blowing up Boomerang's neck bomb when he's kidnapped, Flag has to resort to a rescue mission when the signal becomes blocked. However this works in there favour as the kidnapper would lead them right to Kobra's HQ...

  • Once a student under Professor Martin Stein and colleague of Dr. Louise Lincoln, Crystal Frost would later gain cold powers. Becoming a furious men hater and psychotic killer, Frost would eventually be locked up in Belle Reve. Joining Task Force X, Frost is difficult to work with which doesn't exactly end well for her...

  • Only desiring freedom to get back at Captain Atom, General Eiling joins Task Force X. The team's hulking powerhouse, Eiling has a weakness for psychological manipulation which leads to his undoing...

  • Her mother born into royalty in the land of the Nightshades, Eve Eden inherited her mother's ability to cross dimensions through shadows. Training herself in physical combat and adopting the name Nightshade, Eve would later join the CIA. Approached by Amanda Waller to keep Task Force X in check alongside Rick Flag, Eve was promised to one day take the team and rescue her brother who was imprisoned in the land of the nightshades...

  • Kidnapped at birth by a cult of Cobra worshippers, Jeffery Burr was raised to assume the role of leader of the cult of Kobra. Trained in martial arts, Burr's final test was killing his twin. Doing so, Burr became Lord Naga of the Kobra Cult and sought to usher in the Kali Yuga to erase the corruption of man and replace it with something divine. Recovering two "Mother Boxes" from a black-market supplier dealing in extra-terrestrial objects, Burr planned to use this super-computer to help achieve his ends. However, Amanda Waller gains word of this and sends the Suicide Squad after them...

  • Joining Task Force X, Camorouge loathes every minute with the team but desires her pardon. Later believing her neck bomb to be a bluff, she attempts to steal a Mother Box but finds out that Waller wasn't lying...

  • Lord Naga's chief lieutenant, Regulus is feared for his brutal methods and is tasked with the protection of the Mother Boxes

  • The lover and right-hand woman of Lora Naga, Lady Eve is just as dangerous as her beloved...

  • Agent Edward Nashton of the FBI has been temporarily withdrawn from his task in Gotham City in order to find out just what Amanda Waller has been doing with her current position in Belle Reve..

  • Dexter Tolliver is the president's national security advisor and the Suicide Squad's liaison to the NSC

  • A high-ranking Kobra operative, Grey Lora has the metahuman ability to contort her jaw similar to a snake

  • Regulus' bodyguard and muscle

  • The Suicide Squad's helicopter pilot and mechanic who calls the copter Sheba after his deceased daughter

  • The chaplain at Belle Reve, Craemer acts as spiritual counsel for the team and personally aids Nightshade with her issues

Confronting Waller, he condemns her actions and threatens to expose the team. However, Waller reveals that she knows he's Bruce Wayne and blackmails him into keeping quiet...
