  • Mick Rory grew up in Central City and was the best friend of Leonard Snart. Rory grew increasingly obsessed with fire as his father left him for dead in a frozen forest as a child. Rory was then sent to an orphanage. He set fire to the orphanage and was unable to tear himself away from the spectacle of the flames. Rory joined Snart as a small-time thug and the two of them were apprehended by the Flash and sent to prison. After serving his sentence, Rory developed himself a modified flamethrower and joins Snart's rogues as Heat Wave. When Snart finds himself unable to kill his father when talking to him about Lisa's death, he has Rory burn him alive. Although his and Snart's friendship isn't exactly buttercups and roses with Heat Wave being the most deranged member of the Rogues...

Marco used one of his father's hired scientists to perfect the wand, before making sure his father would be unable to track him. Leonard Snart hears about the theft of the wand, and contacts Marco to join the Rogues. Mardon joins the rogues and helps Snart best the Flash and usher in the new age of the Rogues as the arrogant Weather Wizard...

Hartley discovered a way of using his sonars to hypnotize people and animals and decided to use this to become a professional criminal and smite his family for viewing him as a defect. Rathaway places his sonar technology inside a flute and commits crimes by hypnotizing rats to do his bidding and by hypnotizing others as the Pied Piper. Piper has already had several run-ins with the Flash. Snart contacts Rathaway and makes him a member of the Rogues, but Rathaway eventually has doubts about his life of crime despite finally finding a place where he belongs and betrays the team to aid Flash in fighting them...
