As much as I love Luthor, I just love Brainiac that little bit more atm although it does fluctuate between the two.
Whilst I prefer Darkseid to many characters higher up this list, he's primarily a foe of the New Gods and Justice League so I didn't really want to rank him much higher as I wanted to focus mainly on purely Superman villains
