Ratcatcher (Having allied himself with Grodd and providing him with modified versions of Pied Piper's tech) takes Mr. Bones, Sarge Steel and Dr. Charles hostage in the sewers after they hired the Tortuga to capture Grodd's son. Ratcatcher uses Pied Piper's discarded tech to control legions of rats whom he considers misunderstood beauties. Flannegan's intimate knowledge of the sewers poses a great threat as time runs out for the hostages stuck in the labyrinth of sewers...
Hunter Zolomon attempts to aid the Flash but is paralysed during Grodd's rampage. {Credits Scene} - Alone in his apartment, Zolomon notices a flicker of red and yellow before a figure appears before him...

Iris is caught within Grodd's rampage with Wally but manages to escape relatively unharmed.
Wally is caught with Iris in Grodd's rampage. Later on after his defeat, Wally joins Barry in his crime-lab but at that moment, a lighting-bolt strikes...
Wonder Woman manages to show Tolifhar that Grodd fights without a code of honour. Realising this, Tolifhar aids the JL against Grodd.
Mr. Bones is taken hostage by Ratcatcher in the sewers. Bones claims that what he did to Grodd's son was all in the name of public safety.
Martian Manhunter arrives later in the fight against Grodd but (Despite prompts from The Flash) refuses to rejoin the JL.
Solovar aids the Flash and becomes king of Gorilla City again after Grodd is defeated.
Nnamdi aids Barry Allen and returns to Gorilla City after the defeat of Grodd.
Sarge Steel is taken hostage by Ratcatcher and forced into awful conditions.
Dr. Charles is taken hostage by Ratcatcher but attempts to escape and is mauled to death by his rats.
Grodd's rampage causes the security systems at Iron Heights to fail and the prisoners all manage to escape. Among them are Captain Cold, Mirror Master, Heat Wave, Weather Wizard, Trickster, Captain Boomerang, Top, Tar Pit and Double Down.
The extremely strict warden of Iron Heights, Wolfe subjects the inmates to awful treatment. After the breakout, he barely escapes with his life.
Formerly the Tortuga's main tech guy, Captain Boomerang kills Paul Trudgill so that no trace of the Tortuga is left to plague him.

Curtis is crushed by a building during Grodd's rampage, a heavy blow to Barry Allen who worked closely with him in his time at the crime-lab.
