Blue Beetle/Booster Gold : Blue & Gold (My DC Film Universe)

  • After being found out that he was betting on his own games, the egotistical and silver-tongued Michael John Carter was forced to take a part-time job at the Metropolis Space Museum where he became fascinated with the heroes and villains of the 21st century. Fed up with where his life was going, Carter (With the aid of Skeets) stole technology (Including a time sphere) and a suit from the museum, travelling to the 21st century to make a name for himself as a hero. After setting himself up in Chicago as "Goldstar", Carter runs into Blue Beetle who misidentitifes him as "Booster Gold" when Carter becomes nervous at meeting one of his favourite heroes. When Chronos poses a threat to the time-stream itself, Booster and Blue Beetle will have to team-up to take on the threat even if Carter is mainly interested in the glory. However, he'll come to learn that Booster Gold is destined to be: The Greatest Hero You've Never Heard Of!

  • In college, Ted Kord began to work for his uncle Jarvis on a project kept hidden from him. Later finding out that this project was to aid Chronos in his escape from Stryker's Island, Kord consulted in his professor Dan Garrett for aid. Garrett revealed himself as the Blue Beetle to Kord before confronting Jarvis. However, in the ensuing scuffle Garrett was shot in the head by the enraged Jarvis. Feeling himself to blame for his mentor's death as he got him involved, Ted takes up the mantle of Blue Beetle desperate to honour Garrett's memory. Becoming a genius inventor, Ted uses his inventions to aid him as the Blue Beetle using some unfinished inventions by his absent father. Taking over Kord Incorporated, Ted transforms it into one of the most successful research companies in the world. Kord later meets the bumbling Booster Gold and the two gain a friendship whilst teaming up to take on Chronos as Blue and Gold, who whilst not the most effective heroes in the world, get the job done...

  • Broke out of prison by Jarvis Kord, Chronos has regained some of his sanity and plans to no longer waste his life away trying to regain those lost 10 years stuck in time itself as it landed him into conflict with the Atom and Wonder Woman which resulted in Stryker's Island. Originally planning to settle down and finally become a good uncle to his niece, Clinton is found by an entity calling himself "Black Beetle" who claims to be from the future and that if Chronos aids him in stopping the threat of Booster Gold he'll grant him and his niece an eternity to spend together. However, Clinton denies the aid so the entity fries Chronos' brain which unleashes some of his insanity once again as it was stored in his subconscious. The insane Chronos now seeks to kill Booster Gold. However, Chronos suffers brief elapses where his sanity is restored where he pleads for the heroes to aid him...

  • The security robot for the Metropolis Science Museum, Booster Gold stole Skeets when he journeyed to the past. Skeets has vast stores on the events of the 21st century and provides a voice of reason of sorts to help keep Booster (Whom he is extremely loyal to) more grounded...

  • Conrad Carapax is an agent of Black Beetle who wears a protective armoured suit. Carapax is made by Black Beetle to keep Chronos in check

  • The uncle of Ted Kord, Jarvis was fascinated when he heard of Chronos' battle with Wonder Woman and the Atom, desiring to possess Chronos' abilities for unknown means. Jarvis broke Chronos out of prison only to be rejected when asked about his powers. He was later confronted by the Blue Beetle and his nephew Ted. Jarvis, in a fit of uncontrollable rage, shot Beetle in the head, killing him. Whilst Ted mourned, Jarvis managed to make a getaway...

  • The original Blue Beetle, Dan Garrett was an archaeologist who gained his powers from a mystical scarab. He later throws the scarab into the ocean before retiring down as a college professor. He dies at the hands of Jarvis Kord after revealing his identity to Ted

  • The niece of Chronos and Ted Kord's personal assistant, Angela Revere wants her uncle to retire from the crime-life

  • A detective for Chicago Police force, Maxwell Fisher considers Ted Kord a prime suspect for the murder of Dan Garret. He is attacked by Carapax but saved by Blue Beetle

  • The father of Michael and Michelle Carter, Jonar was a notorious gambler and left his wife and children when the twins were 4. However, he later returned to Michael's life when he asked him to rig a few of his own games for easy money in order to pay back debt collectors who'd scarred his face. However, the pair are found out and Jonar is placed in prison.
