Naruto isn't a planet buster, but neither is Tien.

@iusemycajonas: No one in the S-Class is Mach 1k in the least for speed, reaction times or whatever.

Then he just destroys the planet, as the guy who does the manga said if Saitama really wanted to, he believed he probably could. Even ignoring that, going off his feat against Boros, if he just serious punched the ground a bunch of times at the very least the planet's surface would be destroyed and all the dust in the atmosphere would cause the all life on Earth to die. So pretty much Saitama doesn't have to fight anybody, he kills all life on Earth all rounds besides the supernatural entities or things that can survive under the harshest conditions. So whatever rounds has characters who can survive a destroyed planet and can beat Saitama will stop him, but the Earth will already be ruined at that point.
