Chakra fruits are not all created equal. There are multiple hints throughout the series that tells you the one Kaguya ate is much more powerful.
You can tell the God Tree on Momoshiki's planet is smaller than Earth's.
Earth's spacetime curvature is large enough to be reported, but Momoshiki's planet isn't. Meaning Earth has an abnormally abundant amount of nature energy (because energy is the source of gravity in physics).
Also the jutsu he uses to clash with boruto in the manga is probably another bijuudama since manga momo never actually absorbed any rasengan.
Interesting observation. Yeah in the manga it was a black ball. In the anime it looks like a red rasengan though but I don't recall him absorbing any rasengan in the anime either?
