As our newly crowned heroine saves a couple of pilots from certain death. We hear one pilot utter some familiar words. Which were once spoken by Lois Lane herself in the original Superman Movie.
The man in the iron mask is Jay Garrick. That's why he was typing out the name in Earth 2 Morse Code & why Hunter said you wouldn't believe me if I told you.
When did Hunter become a scientist? Didn't they say he was locked in that asylum until the accident gave him his speed. What, he was studying to be one in between shock therapy. Who gave/how did he get access to Velocity 6 in the first place?
I for one thought they were going to double cross him. Not just give Zoom what he wanted. Why did Trajectory die so quickly after using velocity 9 (which was supposed to be a more stable version of velocity six) but Zoom is still speeding all around the place (after two years at that). And he even took a couple of shots of upgraded versions of velocity six.
I did find it odd that he didn't even mention his adventures with Supergirl. He didn't need Cisco to open up a breach. Because he knew that he only needed to run fast enough to breach another world. All we got on the flash side of things was, "how long was I gone? "
I hope that however they give Barry back his speed. That it also gives him Zoom speed as well. I also hope that in season three they finally give him his costume ring.
The only way any of us is going to decide if this movie is good or bad. Is to go and see it for one's self. All these so called critics are bias and what they look for in a movie is not necessarily what any of us look for in a movie.
I haven't seen M.O.S. yet. But I'm going to watch it and then go and check out this film.
Then later on I can form my own opinions about those films. Then decide if I want to give Warner Bros. anymore of my money on their either good or crappy upcoming super hero films.
"While Superman's origin has been told to the point of ad nauseum, what Max Landis is doing is really intriguing and innovative. This isn't about a baby from another planet coming to Earth. What fans get to see is the "lost years" of Clark Kent. This is Superman before he really becomes Superman"
Oh so Smallville?
Yeah, really!
So actually all they're doing is giving us their version of Clark Kent growing up in Smallville.
Is it that f*cking hard to come up with new ideas? Or is it these douchebag executives who would rather go with what has been proven to work. That keep on insisting that everything stick with that same exact formula.
Or is that they've pretty much done EVERYTHING under the sun and truly have nothing more to offer us.
I did read somewhere that Dan Aykroyd been wanted to do another Ghost Busters. But it was problems with it getting picked up, or something to that effect. But when it finally did get green lit.(many years later) and seeing how old everybody is now. Not to mention Bill Murray not wanting to participate.
They decided to just reboot it with a female cast as a bit of a twist.
I lived through both parts one and two, a cartoon, action figures, two breakfast cereals, bullsh*t video games.(But the PS3 one was pretty decent) and that damn Ray Parker Jr. song.
