In verses with more than 3 spatial dimensions, being 4D isn’t even incredibly impressive, it just means you can move yourself in a direction that imperceptible to others. Btw, Israel didnt stomp those 6 countries with USA Troops, supplies, or weapons. All of the stuff used was Owned and Operated by Israel. Who cares if they bought it from the USA? Each of those countries had proper militaries and armies, and together were comparable to North Korea in terms of Numbers and Technology. Modern Israel is now significantly more advanced, while NK has continued to isolate itself and purchase old Cold-War era Soviet leftovers.

And I dont see why you would make the claim that other countries are “afraid” of attacking North Korea, thats actually laughable. A single US Submarine would turn NK into a radioactive wasteland, or a single carrier strike group could level their country in a few weeks with conventional weaponry. The reason countries like the US arent attacking North Korea is for two reasons:

1, Theres no money to be made in a war against North Korea. No oil, gold, ect.

2. Political Pressure. Convincing the Public to support a war is just as important as having an actual reason for war, which is why the US abandoned the Vietnam and Korean wars in the first place. Also, war in Korea puts more US War assets in the waters around Japan and, more importantly, China and Russia, neither country is fond of the US or its military.

In a straight brawl, Gai might be able to put Omni Man down, KO. But if it comes to that, Omni Man has ACTUAL flight, and hes faster (in flight) than Might Gai, so he could just build momentum into one attack that splatters Gai.

Kylo is more powerful, Overwhelmingly so. Also, I’d wager hes at least a Tier 7, potentially a Tier 8 duelist when not hindered, if only due to the force augmentation he should be able to achieve.i so no reason as to why he doesnt win here.
