Even if The Vision feels fear, Parallax cannot affect him if he doesn't have a soul. Without a fearful host Parallax would be too weak to face Vision alone. He could simply be thrown into the sun.
This is not as easy as it looks. Thanos is surely one of the most powerful on Marvel, but so is Darkseid. I think Thanos would win because he is smarter than Darkseid and Orion is too impulsive and arrogant. Tough fight!
I'd say Henshaw would win this one. Even though Mr. Sinister has an amazing healing factor and intelligence the Cyborg-Superman is pretty much like Superman himself and is more than capable of winning. His super speed and strenght should do more damage tha Sinister could recover from.
