I know, but he was training his speed as well as his strength. If Normal Goku benched; He could probably lift over 100 tons, but he would be slow benching it. And he could probably bench 100 tons over him maybe 20 times before his limbs give out.
Super Sayian Goku would just double that.... And Super Sayian 2 Goku would double that.. And then 3 would double SS2.. And SS4 would double SS3..
And fused Gogeta would be limitless.

And your figures for upping the ss level are retarded. so a ss can only lift 200 tons 20 times, and ss2, 400 tons, and ss3 800 tons, ss4 1600 tons. Is that what you are saying? did you stop to think about this before you posted it. then from the power of ss4 of 1600 tons, by your standards, to a fused ss4 being limitless? don't think so. When did DBZ say Goku could lift 100 tons over maybe 20 times, before his limbs gave out. When did they say that ss would just double that, and ss2 only doubling that, and so on and so on. Did you even stop to think about that. Did you really not think about any of the math in that. You just tried to say that a ss4 could only lift 1600 tons, 20 times before his limbs would give out. You then said the difference between a ss4, and a fused ss4, was from 1600 tons, to limitless. Where is your basis for this?

I criticized your complete lack of any support for your statement. Never said that Goku couldn't lift over 100 tons. You won't see me saying that anywhere in this thread. So next time, before you spread trash, you should actually check what someone said. I'll give you a hint, it's quoted at the top of this post. you completely misjudged the limits, giving a completely innacurate depiction, then completely misrepresent what i said. Wait you can't and you even contradicted yourself, with the whole feat you brought up of goku slowing down frieza's mountain. Cause you have no basis for stating that as his limit, a your follow up saying each level of ss is only double the stage before, would pretty much hand it to Cyborg supes, as, like i said before, that puts a ss4 at ONLY 1600 tons.
The best way to make the case for the opposing side is to make a horrible case for your own. So STOP making horrible arguments for your side.
