Also you do know what over time damage is since it’s a permanent attack till the opponent dies right, it would reach stellar levels overtime💀.

Earth Rotational energy is Moon level per day/24h, it will never reach Planet/Steller because its the same attack calc in secs over and over again, its like if punch the wall over and over i cant just add up all the punches and say now im Small Building level, Uzuhiko AP if calc by sec is only Country level meaning it will keep using Coutnry level AP per sec thats all and since it follows the PLanet after 24h Moon level energy would of been exhausted.
1 sec of Earth Rotational energy = County level
24H of Earth Rotational Energy = Moon level
it took Boruto at best 1 secs or so to create his Rasengan meaning the AP contained in it its few secs of the worlds energy its pretty straight forward, the world would need to rotate for 24h before it reaches Moon level energy
