The Silver Surfer has come to Earth because he serves the will of Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds. Earth's only hope is the Fantastic Four and they will help the Silver Surfer regain his humanity before their world is consumed.
Norrin Radd was a professional surfer on his homeworld Zenn-La. He had no political or academic ambitions like his mother or father but the only thing he loved more than surfing was Shalla Bal. When Zenn-La was threatened by Galactus, Norrin made the ultimate sacrifice to save Shalla. Norrin will be played by Liam Hemsworth (Hunger Games).
Victor Von Doom offers his services to the Fantastic Four because he has much of stake in saving the Earth as they do. Despite his better judgement, Reed reluctantly accepts Victor's aid. Victor intends to steal the Silver Surfer's board which is the source of his power. Victor Von Doom will be played by Luke Evans (Fast & Furious 6).
Galactus is the Devourer of Worlds but in recent months he has become a glutton because he has acquired two heralds to serve him. The story of Norrin's unprecedented sacrifice has traveled throughout the cosmos but Galactus can't spare every planet that offers him parley. Galactus will be played by Lance Henrikssen (Aliens Series).
Uatu the Watcher has taken a personal interest in the Fantastic Four and the Silver Surfer. Uatu has kept Earth hidden from the Heralds of Galactus but his manipulative nephew Aron reveals the planet to the Silver Surfer and Galactus. Uatu must go rogue in order to aid the Fantastic Four. Uatu will be played by Oded Fehr (The Mummy).
Reed's affections towards Sue have become deterred by his satellites' recent findings. Reed has been following the movements of the Silver Surfer but he hasn't been able to lock it down until Silver Surfer arrives on Earth. Reed will be played by Zachery Quinto (Star Trek).
Sue is feeling neglected after marrying Reed and she has some big news to tell him but she feels that Reed isn't ready. Sue has also been trying help her brother Johnny become focused because he has commitment issues with Frances "Frankie" Raye-Hyatt, the best person to come into his life. Sue will be played by Alice Eve (Star Trek).
Johnny Storm has finally met the girl that completes him in every way and that scares him. Johnny isn't sure he can forsake all women for the love of Frankie Raye and he doesn't want to break her heart. When the Earth is threatened by Galactus, Johnny will learn what really matters most. Johnny will be played by Sam Claflin (Hunger Games).
Frances Raye-Hyatt is the most drop dead gorgeous red head in New York City and her heart belongs to Johnny but Johnny is having commitment issues. Frankie will be played by Rachel Nichols (GI Joe: Rise of Cobra )
Terrax the Tamer was the once Morg Tyros, a tyrant on the planet Birj before he offered his soul to Galactus. Galactus is tired of the Silver Surfer's inability to find suitable planets for him to consume so he has Terrax act as the Surfer's watchdog in order to keep him in check. Terrax will be played by Brendan Gleeson (HP: Goblet of Fire).
Ben's relationship with Alicia is on the rocks because of his involvement with the Puppet Master's demise plus the Imp's constant interference makes matters worse. Ben wants to preserve his relationship with Alicia because she is the best thing that ever happened to him. Ben will be played by Charlie Hunnam (SoA).
Alicia's relationship with Ben has been strained since the demise of the Puppet Master and Imp's constant interference in Ben's life makes matters worse. When Earth is threatened, Silver Surfer meets Alicia and her striking resemblance to Shalla Bal causes him to remember more his past. Alicia will be played by Ashely Green (Twilight).
Shalla Bal and Norrin Radd were lovers but she was betrothed to Fennan Radd. When the fate of Zenn-La was nearly sealed, Norrin and Shalla embraced in one final kiss before Norrin made the ultimate sacrifice to save the woman he loved. Shalla Bal will be played by Ashley Green (Twilight Series)
Aron follows in his uncle's footsteps by abandoning the code of the Watchers which is observing other species without any interference. Aron manipulates the Silver Surfer into finding planet Earth because he wants to see how the Fantastic Four will save the Earth from Galactus. Aron will be played by Bill Nighy (POTC: Dead Man's Chest).
Jartran Radd is Zenn-La's chief scientist. Jartran will be played by Hugh Laurie (House)
Elmar Radd is Zenn-La's prime minister. Elmar will be played by Geena Davis (Long Kiss Goodnight)
Fennan Radd is Norrin's brother and the black sheep in the family. Fennan married Norrin's love Shalla-Bal but Fennan has always suspected that Shalla and Norrin were cheating behind his back. Fennan Radd will be played by Robert Pattinson (Twilight Series).
