Her lack of sight, If Kitty can't find him she can't phase him out. As it has been already stated if Sue stays Invisible and Kitty stays phased then there really can't be a clear winner, hence why its a stalemate.

Godzilla has far more feats and experience than Gypsy Danger here.

@granitesoldier: This is an interesting battle, the problem is that both can fall back to defensive mode and the battle becomes Stalemated.

Personally I think Sue and Grimm have the advantage here in that if they played it smart they could try to make Colossus invisible to take him down. Although the typical stuff Sue has used to drop Logan wouldn't work in Peter here. But even if they did manage to take down Colossus, how would they take Kitty down?

@groovyash: The problem with this battle is that we don't have their gear or a location.

Johnny is clearly far better at martial arts. Duke with the appropriate gear would take this with ease.
