Sorry, Argento, from the european team of Euroforce, is not a mutant, even if on many site he is signed "mutant".
In the original [and only] volume, he develop his power at age of 26 and even if the true origin of his power have never been cleared, his cleary stated that Argento have some sort of "mystical energy", so his power must be considered of mistical nature. Also, there was several member of the Euroforce that was mutant, and none of them recognize Argento as one of them :)

I've always favored mutants of the Marvel Universe. They are just everywhere and so many of them never even encounter the X-Men which for whatever reason bugged/fascinated me. Back before the internet I used to try to make these lists with pen and paper. I had no idea how incomplete it was even back then. Love this list.
