Shao wins this Jin can't even steal souls on a mass level. Jin doesn't even have the thousands of years if we're going by feats. Shao can rip someone in half

Steal the Souls of every person in a realm via soulnado. And he won Armageddon defeating 65+ fighters including a Dragon and a being with insane amount of power.

In the tournaments Shao was limited and couldn't just upright steal souls or go all out like he did against Raiden because he was bound by the rules of Mortal Kombat it had taken all the God's that existed infused with Raiden to stop him. Since this isn't even a tournament what's to stop him from manipulating Jin's soul.
