Introduction

Post is a 90's villain. Post also has a power similar to Cable in he has the same T.O. (Techno Organic) virus as him, which gives him similar stats. Post also has not a lot to go through, but he's still decent for what he has.

Stats and stuff, no Power Grid (Marvel Legacy- The 1990s Handbook)

Durability

Captain America's shield bounces off Post, only damaging his cloaking tech (Avengers #402)

Is bulletproof (Cable #87)

Laughs at Cable using a telekinetic attack against him (Cable #72)

Tanks a claw slash from Wolverine and optic blast from Cyclops. (X-Men #50)

Scan 1/2- While Wolverine and Mimic are badly damaged from falling through five stories of a building, Post is fine (Uncanny X-Men #364)

Power Adaptation

Scan 1/2- Adapts to Iceman's powers and causes him to nearly melt, one shots Storm with block of ice (X-Men #50)

Scan 3- Bobby states that his powers were nearly completely drained in the process and was incapable of stopping Post outside of freezing the floor.

Speed

Cable describes him as lightning fast and is barely able to get a TK shield active (Cable #33)

Post dodges a gunshot from close range and kills the guy who fired before he can react (Cable #72)

Strength

Beats up Forge (X-Factor #125)

Sends Cable flying upwards from the water all the way to the surface despite him having a TK shield up (Cable #33)

Knocks Giant Man into a bus with a punch, making him grunt in pain (Avengers #402)

Scan 1/2- Beats the crap outta Cable with a few strikes, leaving him a bloody mess on the floor (Cable #33)

Technology

Scan 1/2- Has the capability to be invisible, even Storm's amazing energy sensing senses and Wolverine's enhanced feral instincts fail to find him, instead Logan only finds the guy by having a hunch of where he was (X-Men #50)

Scan 3- When he auto repairs his cloaking pod, the duo can't tell where he is again

Scan 4- Can be inches away from the X-team without them even noticing he was there

Post can also cloak other dudes with him, like Holocaust, allowing them the same stealth he has (Avengers #402)

Hits Wolverine with a energy blast that takes him out for a bit (Uncanny X-Men #364)

Post's laser cannons blow off the arm of the second model Machine Man and knock it down (X-51 #2)

Uses multiple laser cannons to take out Storm (X-Men #50)

Post's laser cannons one shot Mimic with relative ease (X-51 #2)

Telepathy Immunity

Cable can't find him using his telepathy due to Onslaught's mental blocks (Cable #72)

Conclusion

Post's a low mid tier with some interesting powers, but his lack of proper showings to showcase those powers means that he wasn't as developed as he could have been. Wasted potential, all in all.
