A powerful weapon of unknown origin. Intended for the defense of... something.
Fluid Grapnel.
A design taken from one of the Underground's computers, and made into useful tools for the Renegade Remnant.
It mimicked the capabilities of heroes like Nobody, but instead of being 'webbing,' it was a fluid substance that became an incredibly tough wire with a high tensile strength when in contact with oxygen. Firing it from his wrist would give him a wire to swing from that he could easily remove, by pressing a second button on the launcher.
