I know this will never happen, but I hope they make a new man thing movie (Yes they made one, but they literally made the hero the villain!) Although it is possible, since not only did they have him guest star on ultimate spiderman, but they referenced him on agents of s.h.i.e.l.d, and the extremis test subject in iron man 3 was his wife

My question is, if Doc Ock did come back after the superior spiderman saga, would he revert back to his criminal ways, or would would he attempt to prove himself a better hero then spiderman?

hmm, it would be a close match, thats for sure. However bane's greatest asset would be his venom, however I would say its a pretty safe bet that after seeing bane juice up, bullseye would use something to sever the tubes. From there it would be a battle of wits. I have to say bullseye would take the win, because he is used to fighting without powers, as well as having his adamantium laced skeleton, which would give him a resistance boost against bane
